The project involves the seven local authorities that are in the water supply area of Dublin, with Dublin City Council acting as the lead authority for the project. The overriding purpose of the project is to deliver leakage savings by targeting the watermains for rehabilitation that have the highest leakage levels. The budget for the entire project is €118 million.
In November 2015 Newham Borough Council working with BAM Nuttell commenced work on a 4 year project to upgrade infrastructure and highways to a number of rail stations so as to facilitate increased projected use due to the near completion of various TFL sites.
In May 2008 Balfour Beatty Engineering Services working with Carillion Building North commenced work on a 2 year infrastructure upgrade of the Catterick Garrison 11,000 Volt intake and distribution network (11 KV Project) for the Defence Estates and the MOD.
